11. 7 Steps: Basic Two: one – two – three (1-2-3 steps) forward and backward

Stage 1 – The man moves his left leg forward in a 45º direction pushing the woman forward with his chest
Stage 2 – Move your right leg forward
Stage 3 – Crosses the left leg and places it next to the right leg
Stage 4 – Move your right leg backwards
Step 5 – Move your left leg backwards,
Stage 6 – Cross the right leg backwards and to the left laterally
Stage 7 – Attaches the left leg to the right leg by pulling the woman towards herself

12. Basic woman 1 – Basic Two (1-2-3 steps) back and forth movement

Stage 1 – Man moves his left leg sideways in half a step
Stage 2 – Moves the right leg sideways half step
Stage 3 – Attach the left leg to the right leg
Stage 4 – Place the woman in front of him. The man makes this movement by turning the left side of the body while moving the left leg sideways, the man pulls the woman’s body to the right using his right hand and then gently pushes it to the left by joining the left leg with the right.
This step can also be done by moving only the woman’s body, while the man stands up following the rhythm.

 

13. 5 Steps: Basic Two (1-2-3 steps) back and forth movement

Stage 1 – Man moves his left leg sideways in half a step
Stage 2 – Move your right leg sideways
Stage 3 – Moves left backwards
Stage 4 – Spread your right leg sideways
Stage 5 – Attach the left leg to the right leg and place the woman in front of it. This movement is made by the man turning his left side while moving his left leg sideways,
Stage 6 – The man gently pushes the woman’s body to the right with his right hand and then pushes it to the left until she is in front of him, when he joins his left leg with his right leg in stage 5.

14. 7 Steps: This step is similar to the number 11 7 Steps: Basic Two: one – two – two – three (1-2-3 steps) forward and backward.

The difference is that instead of pushing the woman forward with her chest, the man returns the woman to the right.

15. 7 Steps with inclined variation: This step is similar to the number 11 7 Steps: Basic Two: one – two – three (1-2-3 steps) forward and backward. 

Stage 1 – The man moves his left leg forwards in a 45º direction
Stage 2 – Moves the right leg forward bringing the woman to the right
Stage 3 – Cross your left leg to the right
Stage 4 – Move your right leg backwards
Stage 5 – Moving the left leg tilts laterally to the left side of the woman
Stage 6 – Performs an upward movement in the direction of women
Stage 7 – Move your left leg backwards
Stage 8 – Move your right leg sideways
Stage 9 – Attaches the left leg to the right leg, bringing the woman to herself
